Puppy Contract
DEPOSITS. We take Half Price deposits to hold a puppy until ready to go and it is NOT refundable.
All Puppies will be sold on a spay/neuter contract. I have researched ages that are best for puppy. Males when growth plates are closed about seven months of age. Bitches 5 ½ to 6 ½ months of age. AKC papers will be held till proof from a vet is sent. AKC limited registration papers will be sent by return mail.
All puppies will come with one five way puppy shot and been wormed twice.
They will have been seen by my vet and have a Missouri State Health no matter how they travel.
All puppies have to have ½ the purchase price of the puppy as a deposit
You are ask to sign this contract acknowledging the terms and have it notarized by a notary .
All banks have a notary.
It has to be returned before any puppy is sold.
If you agree to the terms then also enclose your deposit.
